Today, we’ll reviewing Bobbi Brown Skin Long-Wear Weightless Foundation SPF 15. If you purchased it already, then you’ll probably know what I’m about to say. My experience isn’t as popular as it was with some other beauty bloggers’, but we all have different skin concerns and skin types and I’m writing from my own experience.
Full name of the product: Bobbi Brown Skin Long-Wear Weightless Foundation SPF 15
What is it: Foundation
Amount: 30ml (1 oz.)
Price: 46$ (48,95€)
Review: Bobbi Brown Skin Long-Wear Weightless Foundation SPF 15 was so raved about earlier this year that I couldn’t wait to get my hands on. The sad fact is, it’s just good marketing. The product itself isn’t the worst out there, but it definitively isn’t the best. Formula is sticky and hard to blend out. If you use beauty blender, coverage won’t be as good as you expected, and if you use brush you’ll need to use a ton of product. It’s not weightless at all, however it is long lasting for sure. I’ve worn this foundation during the hottest day of summer and it stayed put the whole day (8AM-8PM). That’s not something I do on regular, but occasion asked for it. Packaging is lovely. It’s esthetically pleasing and functional, but that’s not why I bought it. I’m at the point where I’m using it up so I don’t waste it.
Is it worth the money: No.
Would I buy it again? No. If long-wear is your top priority when it comes to foundation, you might like it. Know, you’ll use it up fast if full coverage foundation is something you wear on daily basis.
Since shorter formats of review seem to be easier to read, I’m still sticking (as Bobbi Brown Skin Long-Wear Weightless Foundation SPF 15 would) to this format of review. Stay tuned for more.
Until next time,
