Clarins Daily Energizer Cream-Gel Review

This one has been long time coming, but well worth waiting. Another holy grail, Clarins Daily Energzier Cream-Gel. I was preparing to write this post for a while now, but I wanted to spread it out because of my love connection with Clarins (there were love letters/posts about their lip perfectors, lip oils, detox fluid on the blog, so I needed to tone it down a little bit).

Clarins Daily Energizer Cream-Gel is perfect moisturizer for your dull skin. You feel hydration in an instant, and it doesn’t wear off. It has a lovely scent (I want to write it smells like oranges, but maybe I’m mistaken, some sort of fruit definitively) and really makes your skin feel energized. In January I was sick for couple of weeks (remember Productive Sick Days post?) and at certain point I was so frustrated for feeling and looking horrible that I took this moisturizer in order to feel more energized and it worked!! I don’t know is it because of vitamin C that’s in the formula but it really makes your skin energized. It gives you perfect glow, without shine and greasiness.

Clarins Daily Energizer Cream-Gel Detail

Specifications: Clarins Daily Energizer Cream-Gel comes in a glass jar and a plastic lid with 30ml (1 Oz. Net Wt.) of product and has vitamin C, alchemilla, turmeric and ginko bilboa extracts. The way it’s packaged it gives you way to use up the entire product. It has lightweight cream-gel formula (not so thick to be cream, not so thin to be gel) and is meant for all skin types. It cost approximately 27$ (24€) and it’s good, quality moisturizer so I think is well worth the price.

If I have to nitpick a flaw, I would put at least 50 ml of product. Even though a little goes a long way, you’ll probably use it more than once a day so you’ll use it up much faster.

Would I repurchase it? As I said before, this one is the holy grail for me. That tells it all. Every once in a while I try out something new (not because I’m in a search for it, but because I like to try different products), but this is the one I’m coming back to. And even though this is marketed for young skin, I can see myself using it thirty years from now. If you are sixteen or seventy-five this moisturizer really does it all for your skin.

Until next time,
