Have you ever wondered is there a non-sticky lip gloss? Well, look no further. Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector is, maybe, just what you need. Subtle, moisturizing, protecting and looks beautiful on the lips. Let’s go over some specifications.
Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector is marketed as a balm/gel „with deliciously sweet scent“ that leaves your lips smooth, soft and shiny. (I don’t know would I call that scent deliciously, everybody has different standards especially when scents are in question, but it doesn’t stink, so it’s not really that relevant.) As far as leaving your lips smooth, soft and shiny- it couldn’t be more true. It comes in a tube with 12ml (0.35 Oz.) of product and a sponge applicator on top. This lip perfector kind of reminds me of a less concentrated but tinted Clarins Instant Light Lip Comfort Oil.
With a shade range of eight colors anyone could find something for themselves. If I have to be picky, I must say I’d love if they offer some sort of brighter red shade. One thing to also mention, if you’re buying this product via Internet (read like normal people: online) know that the shades don’t look like that in real life. They’re not even similar, if you ask me. For comparison, I’m currently using shade 08 plum shimmer, look at my photos and look the shade online. With that being said, I’d recommend going to the store and purchasing it.
Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector is perfect for everyday use. If you want that lip balm feel with a bit of tint and shine, this is one of the best product out there. I myself enjoy natural, low-key makeup on most days and this is ideal for those days.
Would I repurchase it? Without a doubt. I’ve already tried several shades, to some of them I’m definitely coming back. With Dior Addict Lip Tattoo (full review here) and Catrice Matt 6hr Lip Artist (review at some point) this was one of the most used product for autumn/winter 2017/2018. It is so comfortable and pretty that I don’t even mind the price of 26 USD (approx. 21 EUR). It really does serve its purpose, with no false claims. I’m definitely repurchasing it.
Until next time,
